begin.
After about 120 starts, 17 cups of coffee and 3 major holidays I finally came to the realization that I need to write something, anything. In my fantasy world I imagined attaching a blog to the shop would be a good thing, fun even. And yet, here I am Day #27 paralyzed by an inability to put two sentences together. How can the website go live if there is no content?
After googling "how to write your first blog post" I came to the realization that I was definitely over-thinking it. Especially given the fact that those same articles indicated that exactly 5 people read your first post. And in my case maybe, as many as 8 as I believe that I could possibly coerce my husband and kids into reading it--especially if this was followed by a free meal.
So maybe, just maybe I should take my own advice. Listen to the words I pound, stamp and paint into my art. The words that I use to speak encouragement to others. Those words.
BEGIN. START. DO SOMETHING.
The first step is the hardest. True. True. True.
